Meet Rachel Moreno

Rachel Moreno is a real estate professional who is passionate about where you live and how you live.  She combines market knowledge, long‑standing local insight, and a practical understanding of how where you live can shape your daily living. Her approach helps clients make confident decisions about neighborhoods, homes, and long‑term plans.

A Conejo Valley resident since 1980, Rachel offers clients more than four decades of familiarity with the community, schools, and lifestyle amenities. She earned her BS at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, gaining valuable knowledge working in one of the world's largest hospitality destinations.  After returning to the Conejo Valley, she began her career at HBO before shifting her focus to family and expanding her education in fitness and wellness. She later earned her master’s degree in nutrition and obtained her real estate license.

Rachel’s background in wellness, hospitality and marketing enhances her real estate practice by giving her a unique perspective on how daily routines, environment, and home design contribute to quality of life. In addition to serving her real estate clients, she continues to teach at a Pilates studio in Westlake Village. Her personal interests include dance, strength training, Pilates, yoga, and spending time with family and friends. She and her husband—a long‑time residential builder in the area.
